Roles
Teachers own the studio and control what each family sees. Parents manage linked student accounts. Students only access their own practice, assignments, and shared Encores.
What Allegro stores
Studio roster, lessons, practice logs, messages, invoices, optional calendar sync, sheet links and PDFs on practice goals, and optional audio recordings when your studio enables them. Row-level security limits parents to their children’s data.
Minors
Teachers must obtain parent or guardian consent before sharing lesson notes, billing, or recordings with a family. Do not record students without a published studio opt-in policy. Parents can request deletion through their teacher or the in-app flow below.
Uploaded files and links
Teachers attach HTTPS score links and PDFs for practice. Only share material you are entitled to distribute. Allegro does not scan every file; you are responsible for copyright and student safety of linked content.
Billing data
Invoice amounts and payment status are visible to the teacher and linked parents for that student. Card payments run through Stripe when connected; Allegro does not store full card numbers.
Retention
Make-up credits expire after 30 days. Invoices may be kept per your studio’s accounting rules. Practice sessions sync from your device when online.

Sign in to request a data export. Or email privacy@allegromusic.studio.
Delete your account
Sign in to request account deletion from the app, or email privacy@allegromusic.studio from the address on your Allegro account. We respond within 30 days.
